Victoria: a dirty dozen. small collection of 12 Victorian stamps ranging from small flaws to large ones. Top row contains mostly small flaws: Scott #'s - 89,worn surface, heavy postmark; 52 very heavy postmark,, couple of short perfs.; 28 - an o.k. stamp, couple of missing perfs; 49 plate 7 heavy crease left to right; 98 sound, medium postmark; 81 wrinkled, heavy postmark. Bottom row is heavily flawed (including): 83 plate 21 heavy postmark, perfs. missing in top left and bottom right corners; 85 thin spot in centre, perfs cut off on half bottom edge; 33 plate 96 perfs. cut off on right side and bottom edge; 60 ppate 12, left wing margin cut off, perfs on top and right side almost all cut off; 73 heavy cancellation, thin area on right side with a small tear in it; 3 only 2 margins, cut into on left side, small pinholes. In good condition they have a book value of over $1700. I offer them as inexpensive spacefillers. I am breaking up my stamp collection. Most of the stamps were collected between 1965 - 1978 when I was in school and college. For the Elizabeth II commeratives I usually walked down to the Post Office for all the new issues and bought a mint set and sent myself a First Day Cover. At first they went into hinged albums but from about 1969 they went into stock albums - where they have been until now. I will mention if the mint stamps have ever been hinged. For items marked: FREE SHIPPING. For free shipping I will protect the stamps and put them in a regular envelope with a 42cent stamp - or the appropriate international rate. U.S. ONLY: If your invoice total is more than $29.99 I will add FREE insurance. If you want Priority mail or some other service then I offer it as a PAID option.
