If you bid on this stamp and you are the highest bidder in the end, you buy it as it is and you buy it for keeps. There is no guarantee that you'll like the stamp. Bid starts at a penny. You decide if they have any value to you. As far as I can tell the paper is flat, no folds, wrinkles, thins spot or other disturbances except a tinny, tinny thin spot behind one of the perfs on the left side of the stamp. No pin holes or other damage. I could be wrong --- the grading of a stamp is dependent on many factors some of the one's you might use I do not know about. As you see from the picture the stamp is new. I don't see any dirt on it, but that does not mean there isn't any. Picture is nicely centered. This is an auction --- take your chance --- see what you get --- one thing is for sure I do not guarantee that you will like the stamp so bid accordingly. The sale will be final.
