Insurance is optional and buyer has risk of loss if insurance if not purchased. Buyers outside of US must use Paypal and shipping will be $3.00 for first class mail at buyer's risk. International buyers can have USPS Global Flat Rate (6 - 9 days) for $11.00 if you are in a hurry. If you are an international buyer and want insurance the first $200 will cost $3.80 and must be combined with the international flat postage of $11.00, the Post Office will not sell insurance on letter size mail.
