RARE! ONE OF THE RAREST WASHINGTON FRANKLINS. THE RAREST THING ABOUT THIS STAMP IS THAT SOMEONE TOOK THE TIME AND TROUBLE TO FIND IT. PERF11's ARE VERY COMMON. I want you to know no one gives more analysis details on Washington Franklins then I do. Second, I want you to know that when I sell stamps in the Washington-Franklin series and they are suppose to have a watermark, THEY HAVE A NICE READABLE WATERMARK. This can be very frustrating to W/F collectors or collectors just entering this very complicated series. SO BID WITH CONFIDENCE. This item is a Scott 461, 2 cents Washington, series of 1915, perf 11, single watermark, used. THIS STAMP IS WORTH MORE CANCELLED THEN MINT, and this stamp, unfortunately, is heavy cancelled. Does that make it worth more? ha,ha. See picture for condition. NICE CENTERING. No thins, tears or holes. On the back you will see several small rucks or rough spots in the paper.
