RUSSIA 130 OLDER NEWER MOSTLY COMMEMORATIVE STAMPS No Reserve. Actual item(s) and condition shown below. Good Luck! I recently acquired thousands of worldwide stamps which are sorted by country but are not cataloged or graded. The stamps appear to be mostly off paper (saw one group on paper) and a mix of older and newer issues. Most are in used condition, but there could be some mint as well, both previously hinged and never hinged. This auction is for some of those stamps that I randomly pulled, photographed, counted, and placed in a glassine envelope. You should expect mostly different but with some light duplication, mostly used, and the possiblility of a few with faults or hinge remnants. I have added a few extra to help make up for any duplicates or those with faults. Not all stamps are visible or shown, but the images below are of the actual stamps included in this packet. SHIPPING: High bidder adds $2.50 for shipping and handling to the United States, $3.50 for shipping and handling to Canada or Mexico, or $4.50 for shipping and handling to all other countries. Optional insurance is available for shipments within the United States or registration for shipments outside the United States. Texas residents charged 8.25% sales tax.
