Nice Collection of Costa Rica on 15 double-sided Scott pages and on display cards. Stamps will be removed from the display cards and package in glassine envelopes tp prevent damage during mailing. There are 151 stamps in this collection (117 shown in scans.) This is from my own World Collection, which I am disposing of to reduce the scope of my collections. No refunds will be made for any items returned after 7 days of receipt. I will combine single stamp purchases at the rate of 2 stamps for a single shipping and handling fee. For collections, I may or may not combine shipping and handling (from 10% to 20% savings), depending on eBay fees (listing and selling), collecting (PayPal fees), and shipping (USPS fees).
