artpottery Store Being offered is a 1973 us postal service souvenir mint set, this is a special postal service issue, believe this includes all the stamps made in 1973, comes in a fold out folder, other side has a description, the stamps and their designers, includes 33 stampes, 32 8 cent and one 15 cent stamps, $2.71 face value, all in mint condition, clean and no damage, buyer to pay $5.50 SH, insurance extra. SHIPPING TERMS Buyer pays a flat (SH) shipping and handling rate as described in listing, insurance is optional at the buyers cost. A shipping notification will be sent once an item is mailed. Insurance is optional at the buyers cost, if the buyer chooses to not pay for insurance the uninsured item will be sent at the buyers risk, you need to choose the optional insurance price listed in the invoice. Shipping is usually USPS priority mail or media mail, and other USPS mail rates, UPS, or FedEx can be provided upon request when arranged before auction end, email any questions before auction end. PAYPAL PAYMENTS All items purchased using PayPal will require having some type of tracking number purchased at buyer expense. This is required of PayPal for their purchase coverage as proof an item was mailed. Unverified or unconfirmed buyers not qualifying for the seller protection policy may be required to purchase shipping insurance, and/or having their payment cancelled depending on their bidding history and feedback. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS Due to Paypal and Ebay requirements for items requiring a tracking method to prevent chargebacks or item never received disputes, I will now only accept international money orders as payment and Paypal can only be used under certain circumstances.
