1921 Albino Error Cover U438 Missing Ink w 2¢ Overprint US 1919 Albino cover used Jun 6 1921 Milwaukee. Stamped envelope with 2 cent overprint on 3 cent Washington, U438, Albino image. Embossed cover franked with pair of 1 cent Pilgrim Tercentenary stamps. Watermark is type 23 with numeral 9 in the lower curve of the S (1919) and can be seen just to the right of the dash at the end of “Germantown - “ in the address. The overprint is type 4, length of bar strip is 21.5mm. This cover is Scott #U470, 470a, 470b, or 470c (oriental buff color of paper.)
