Made in Germany 1897 stamp album entitled The International Postage Stamp Album. Illustrated with 6000 engraving of stamps, 166 coat of arms, 670 watermarks, 66 portraits of country leaders as well as geographical, statistical and historical information on each country. Grover Cleveland is pictured as President of the United States. There are a few stamps in this album but it was mainly never used. Fraying on green original cover which has gold leaf lettering and decorations. Please be aware that this is a 111 year old stamp album. The paper used at that time is thiner than the paper found in albums today.
